HR Team

North Star Trust is looking for a new proactive and vigilant HR professional to make a real impact! As a HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an essential and efficient service across our multi-academy Trust. You will focus on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR), payroll and working closely with school leaders to meet staffing needs. 

This role is perfect for someone with strong HR Administration experience, excellent organisational skills, initiative, and adaptability. If you are passionate and committed to making a difference, we would love to hear from you!
