We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef Manager to lead and innovate our school catering provision at Heron Hall Academy.
The right person will be responsible for delivering nutritious, high-quality meals that meet National Nutritional Standards while managing costs effectively and maintaining excellence. The role will oversee resource management, ensuring efficient procurement, stock control, and budget adherence. Also champion health and safety compliance, keeping the kitchen secure, hygienic and well-equipped.
Beyond the kitchen, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the dining experience through exceptional food presentation and a welcoming atmosphere. Engaging with staff, students, and parents to support dietary needs, curriculum activities and community food initiatives, making catering a valued part of our academy’s culture.
